What Is Physiotherapy:

Physiotherapy is a university qualified healthcare profession, involving the use of hands on, exercise, and educational techniques to help improve movement, health and disability.
Physiotherapists are qualified to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of injuries and health conditions.  Physio has been shown to help improve movement, reduce pain, increase functional capacity, prevent disability, increase recovery from exercise and improve performance.
